Software Purchase Assistance (SPA) is a loan available to tax professionals who offer bank products for the purchase or renewal of a MyTAXPrepOffice plan. The loan is repaid from the tax preparation fees that the bank will withhold from IRS or State funded Refund Transfers (RTs).

Fill out the Early SPA Form, Application, and Agreement and submit forms to MyTAXPrepOffice.
Process and e-file your Refund Transfers (RTs) through Santa Barbara TPG.*
Your loan is conveniently repaid from the tax preparation fees the bank withholds from the RTs. 
*Must process 35+ Refund Transfers (RT) with an 85%+ IRS and/or State funding rate. Must use MyTAXPrepOffice and only e-file bank product returns with Santa Barbara TPG. Santa Barbara TPG will notify customer of the loan decision within 7 business days.
