Full-service ticket management is now available in the Solution Center.

Manage your support tickets in the new My Tickets section found in the right panel of the Solution Center. Information such as ticket number, ticket subject, ticket status, return info, tax year, ticket text, name of the reporter, and date and time of the last update will be visible for each ticket. You can also provide more information to our Customer Success Specialists, review the resolution, and close tickets all from one convenient location. Click on the Ticket Details button to view the details of your ongoing communication with our Customer Support Specialists.
